Our most recent update in accordance with the Government's guidelines is that our telephone lines are now open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday for when you need to book our engineers who are taking service calls.  

Huby engineers are top specialists in all manner of household appliances, and having repaired thousands of domestic appliances in our time including fridge repairs, dishwasher repairs, cooker repairs, oven repairs, washing machine repairs, and freezer repairs… our experts have seen and fixed it all. 

While the UK is gradually easing up on its lockdown measures, one of the appliances in your home breaking down is not ideal. Huby's have put in every precaution possible when it comes to ensuring we can still serve our communities, and our initial guidelines still remain and must be followed by our engineers before undertaking any service call.

We will confirm with our scheduled customers ahead of arrival that they, or anyone in their household, have not started experiencing any symptoms of the Coronavirus since originally booking the call. We will also ask the customer if they have been advised to self-isolate. Our engineers will not enter the premises of any customer who reports symptoms or is in self-isolation. 

While our engineers are grateful when offered a tea or coffee while on a call out, they have now been advised to not accept any hot or cold drinks from customers.
